libgtksourceviewmm-3.0-dbg software package provides C++ binding of GtkSourceView - debugging symbols, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgtksourceviewmm-3.0-dbg
libgtksourceviewmm-3.0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgtksourceviewmm-3.0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgtksourceviewmm-3.0-dbg *
